Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of formawyomingcorporation.com and the formation, registered agent, and related services offered by Corporate Connecting Point ("CCP," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Changes to Agreement
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Guidelines for Use
You agree to provide accurate, current information during intake and to use the Site only for lawful business formation purposes. You may not use the Site to submit fraudulent filings, impersonate another person or business, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the "T.A.P." formation methodology — is owned by CCP or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
No Warranties
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that state filing offices will approve any filing on a particular timeline, and we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CCP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site, inaccurate information you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose of business formation intake and account management. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Fees & Payments
Service fees and applicable state filing fees are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect an order you have already placed and paid for.
Refund Policy
Because formation orders trigger work and, in many cases, state filing fees paid on your behalf, service fees are generally non-refundable once filing has begun. If we have not yet submitted your filing, contact us at the email below and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action against CCP.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Site. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; termination does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and CCP regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
